I think everyone has a little klutz in them. Forgetting to add sugar is definitely something that I would do. But you know what - it looks like it turned out amazingly well anyway! That warm caramel sauce looks superb. I may make that and just eat it with a spoon.

These look gorgeous and delicious! You'd never know that you nearly forgot the sugar. BTW, that happened to me recently too...when I was making my Halloween pumpkin spiced donuts. I had to add in the sugar at the end and try not to overstir, yet incorporate the sugar. Arrrgh!
